HLA Attachments MBHV84GRL72BO500 Regular-Duty High-Volume Grapple Bucket combines an 84-inch front-end-loader material bucket with a 72-inch GRL72 large utility grapple and BO500 quick-attach mounting. Built for loading, carrying and controlling bulky material, this high-volume assembly offers 38.5 cubic feet of SAE heaped capacity and an 85-inch maximum grapple opening. It can also handle large round bales up to 6 feet. Reinforced construction, tapered self-cleaning end plates and a removable grapple mounting system make it a versatile choice for material-handling applications where both bucket capacity and positive grapple control are required.

High-Volume Material Handling

The regular-duty bucket measures 84 inches inside and approximately 86 inches across the outside, providing a broad working area and substantial material capacity. Its 34-inch depth and 30-inch height contribute to a struck capacity of 31.8 cubic feet and an SAE heaped capacity of 38.5 cubic feet.

A reinforced round back and reinforced end plates add strength while supporting efficient bucket filling and cleanout. The tapered, self-cleaning end-plate design helps reduce material buildup, while the flat top of the bucket can be used as a practical level indicator during loader operation.

72-Inch Large Utility Grapple

The included GRL72 grapple is sized for the 84-inch bucket and opens to a maximum of 85 inches. This wide opening allows the attachment to secure large or irregular loads and handle round bales measuring up to 6 feet. Grapple cylinders are included with the assembly.

The grapple uses a bolt-on mounting-post design, allowing it to be removed when grapple functionality is not needed. This gives the operator the flexibility to use the attachment as a high-volume material bucket or as a grapple bucket without changing the complete bucket assembly.

Reinforced Bucket Construction

The bucket shell is manufactured from 3/16-inch material, with 1/4-inch end plates and a reinforced top lip. A standard 3/4 by 4-inch beveled cutting edge supports loading and cleanout performance. The bucket is also drilled to accept an optional bolt-on cutting edge.
