Description

HLA Attachments MFE72GR66BO500 72-Inch Manure Fork with GR66 Grapple is a hydraulic material-handling attachment designed for demanding livestock, manure, bedding, and general farm-handling applications. It combines a 72-inch manure fork with nine Conus I cranked Kverneland tines and a 66-inch Regular Utility GR66 grapple, giving operators an effective way to penetrate, gather, secure, and move bulky or uneven material. The grapple opens up to 70 inches and is powered by two hydraulic cylinders, while the BO500 quick-attach mount is intended for compatible skid-steer-style loader carriers.

Built for Effective Material Handling

The MFE72GR66BO500 uses nine 35-inch Kverneland tines arranged at 8-5/8-inch centres across the 72-inch fork. Each tine provides 31 inches of usable length, helping the fork penetrate and carry manure, bedding, and other suitable agricultural material. The cranked Conus I tine design provides superior tine penetration, making it easier to engage a pile and fill the fork.

A 66-inch GR66 Regular Utility Grapple helps retain material during lifting and transport. With an opening of up to 70 inches, the grapple can accommodate bulky loads while its two 2-1/2-inch by 8-inch hydraulic cylinders provide hydraulic opening and closing. The attachment’s flat top also acts as a level indicator, helping the operator judge fork position from the loader seat.

Hydraulic Grapple Performance

The hydraulically operated GR66 grapple allows the operator to secure loose, irregular, or bulky material against the fork. Loader auxiliary hydraulics are required to operate the two grapple cylinders. Hydraulic flow and pressure requirements are not published, so the loader and hydraulic connection should be confirmed as suitable before installation.

Optional hydraulic accessories include an HK90 90-inch hose kit with flat-faced couplers, an HK9090 90-inch hose kit with 90-degree flat-faced couplers, and an SHMK spring hose mount kit. These accessories provide hose-routing and connection options for compatible loader installations.

Compatibility

This configuration is supplied with HLA mounting code BO500, a quick-attach interface used for compatible skid-steer-style quick-attach loader carriers.
