HLA Attachments RRGLD42BO500 42-inch Light Duty Root Rake with Hydraulic Grapple combines a compact-loader-friendly design with hydraulic material-handling capability for land clearing, root raking, and grapple work. Its lightweight yet rugged construction features 1/2-inch-thick AR400 points, a grapple opening of up to 33-1/2 inches, and a BO500 skid-steer-style quick-attach mount. At approximately 345–350 lb, this attachment is specifically intended for compact loaders while providing the gripping action needed to secure and control material during handling.

Light-Duty Root Rake and Grapple

The RRGLD42BO500 provides a nominal 42-inch working width in a compact package. The rake’s spaced points allow material to be engaged while the hydraulically operated grapple helps retain and control the load. When closed, the attachment has an overall height of 28 inches, while the grapple can open to a maximum of 33-1/2 inches.
