Description

HLA Attachments SGBC36BO500 36-Inch Compact Scrap Grapple Bucket is a hydraulic material-handling attachment designed for compact equipment fitted with a compatible universal skid-steer-style quick-attach carrier. Its single grapple arm opens to 35 inches, allowing the operator to capture and retain scrap and other materials while loading, carrying, and repositioning them. The bucket combines a 36-inch inside width with a compact 26-inch overall height and depth, providing 5.4 cubic feet of struck capacity and 6.9 cubic feet of SAE heaped capacity.

Compact Hydraulic Material Handling

The SGBC36 uses one included 2-1/2 x 8-inch hydraulic cylinder to operate its single grapple arm. Hydraulic actuation enables the grapple to close over material held in the bucket, providing additional control compared with an open bucket. The grapple opens to 35 inches for loading and handling a range of material sizes.

The bucket body is constructed from 3/16-inch material and incorporates 1/4-inch end plates. A 3/4 x 4-inch bevelled cutting edge is fitted at the bucket lip. The edge is also drilled to accept a standard bolt-on cutting edge, allowing the attachment to be equipped with an additional edge when required.
