Description

HLA Attachments MFE84GRS72 Manure Fork with GRS72 Grapple and BO500 Mount is a hydraulic material-handling attachment built around an 84-inch fork, 11 cranked Kverneland tines, and a 72-inch skid-steer grapple. Designed for skid steers where grapple-arm clearance is limited, this package combines superior tine penetration with a hydraulically operated grapple that opens to 46 inches. The BO500 mounting configuration provides a universal skid-steer-style quick-attach interface, making the attachment suitable for manure and livestock material-handling applications where controlled pickup and retention are important.

84-Inch Manure Fork with Kverneland Tines

The MFE-series fork uses 35-inch Conus I cranked Kverneland tines with a usable length of 31 inches. Eleven tines are arranged on 8-1/8-inch centres across the 84-inch fork width. Their cranked profile is designed to provide superior penetration, helping the fork enter and handle material effectively.

A flat top on the attachment also acts as a level indicator. This gives the operator a convenient visual reference when positioning the fork during loading and handling.

GRS72 Hydraulic Skid-Steer Grapple

The integrated GRS72 grapple has a nominal width of 72 inches and opens to a maximum of 46 inches. It is powered by two 2-1/2 by 8-inch hydraulic cylinders, providing hydraulic grapple operation from the loader’s auxiliary hydraulic system.

The grapple configuration is specifically designed for skid steers with limited clearance for grapple arms. Together, the fork and grapple form a practical material-handling package for securing and controlling manure and other livestock-related material during movement.

This MFE84GRS72 package is supplied with the BO500 mounting configuration for universal skid-steer-style quick-attach carriers. It is designed for skid steers with limited clearance for grapple arms. Hydraulic Requirements

Loader auxiliary hydraulics are required to operate the grapple. Hydraulic flow and pressure requirements are not published. A hydraulic hose kit is optional rather than included as a stated standard component.

Available optional hose configurations include the HK90 90-inch hose kit with flat-faced couplers and the HK9090 90-inch hose kit with 90-degree flat-faced couplers. An SHMK spring hose mount kit is also available as an optional accessory.
