HLA Attachments 77-Inch Regular-Duty Stone Fork with Split Grapple is a high-capacity hydraulic attachment built for collecting and handling rocks, brush, debris, and other awkward or abrasive loads. Model SFRDB77BO500 combines a 77-inch retainer-tine stone fork with two independently operating grapple sections, helping secure irregular material across the width of the attachment. Its 5,500 lb rated capacity, high-strength tine points, and universal skid-steer-style quick-attach interface make it a practical material-handling solution for demanding cleanup and property-maintenance work.
The regular-duty stone fork uses closely spaced retainer-style tines to gather larger material while allowing finer loose material to pass between the tines. With 2-1/2 inches of spacing between the tines, the attachment is suited to separating and carrying rocks, brush, and debris during cleanup operations.
Two independent grapple sections provide control over uneven and irregular loads. Each grapple section can operate independently, allowing the attachment to better conform to material that is not distributed evenly across its 77-inch width. This split configuration is particularly useful when securing brush, rocks, and mixed debris that may otherwise shift during handling.
The tine points are manufactured from 5/8-inch-thick, 400 Brinell high-strength steel for use with abrasive material. The regular-duty retainer-tine assembly incorporates a 1-1/4-inch shaft diameter, while two 2-1/2-inch by 8-inch hydraulic cylinders power the grapple sections. With an overall height of 30 inches and overall depth of 40 inches, the attachment provides a substantial working profile for gathering and retaining bulky loads.
The SFRDB77 is rated for a capacity of 5,500 lb and has an approximate attachment weight of 1,255 lb. The host machine must be appropriately sized for the attachment, the intended load, and the operating conditions.
This configuration is equipped with the HLA BO500 interface, a universal skid-steer-style weld-on/quick-attach pattern. It is intended for compatible universal skid-steer-style quick-attach carriers. Confirm the carrier interface, machine lift capacity, attachment operating capacity, and hydraulic connections before use.
A host machine with an auxiliary hydraulic circuit is required to operate the split grapple. HLA does not publish a model-specific hydraulic flow or pressure requirement for this attachment. Hydraulic hose options include the HK90 90-inch hose kit with flat-faced couplers and the HK9090 90-inch hose kit with 90-degree flat-faced couplers. An SHMK spring hose mount kit is also available for hose management. These items are optional and should be selected to suit the host machine and connection layout.
