Description

HLA Attachments HD572 72-Inch Replacement Tine is a solid forklift tine designed for compatible HLA HD55 heavy-duty pallet-fork carriages. Its extended 72-inch length supports material-handling applications that require a longer tine, while the Class II hook-type profile provides the correct mounting format for supported HD55 assemblies. Supplied individually, this replacement component allows a worn or damaged tine to be replaced without purchasing a complete pallet-fork carriage.

Heavy-Duty Replacement for HLA HD55 Pallet Forks

The HD572 is manufactured by HLA Attachments, also known as Horst Welding, for use with HD55-series pallet-fork assemblies configured for 72-inch tines. It features a solid forklift-tine construction and a 1-1/2-inch by 4-inch cross-section.

With its Class II hook-type mounting profile, the tine is intended to engage the compatible carriage on an HLA HD55 pallet fork. It is suitable for equipment owners, operators, dealers, and service departments replacing an existing 72-inch HD55 tine or maintaining a compatible fork assembly.

This replacement tine is compatible with the HLA HD55 5,500 lb heavy-duty pallet-fork carriage and with HLA HD55-series pallet-fork assemblies designed to accept 72-inch tines. The compatible complete HD55 fork assembly is rated at 5,500 lb at a 24-inch load center.

The 5,500 lb figure is the rated capacity of the complete compatible HD55 pallet-fork assembly; it is not a published capacity for this individual tine. Before ordering, confirm that the existing carriage is an HLA HD55 model configured for Class II hook-type tines and that a 72-inch replacement is required.

Individual Replacement Component

The manufacturer’s unit of measure for the HD572 is each. One order quantity supplies one tine only. It does not include a second tine, fork carriage, mounting frame, or complete pallet-fork assembly. If both tines require replacement, order the appropriate quantity and verify that both replacements match the intended HD55 configuration.
