Description

HLA Attachments HDR4248 Rotating Pallet Fork with BO500 Woods Quick Attach is a hydraulic material-handling attachment built around a 4,200 lb capacity-class rotating carriage. Equipped with 48-inch adjustable pallet-fork tines, it combines conventional fork handling with hydraulic-cylinder-powered rotation for smooth, contoured operation. The carriage rotates 180 degrees to the left, allowing a full dump without replacing the fork attachment. This configuration uses the BO500 quick-attach interface for specified Woods loaders, making it suitable for compatible loader-based material handling, positioning and dumping applications.

Hydraulic Rotation and Full-Dump Capability

The HDR4248 carriage is powered by a hydraulic cylinder and rotates through 180 degrees to the left. This full range of rotation gives the operator the ability to pick up material with the forks and then rotate the carriage into a full-dump position. Hydraulic actuation provides controlled, contoured movement throughout the rotation.

By integrating lifting, carrying and rotating functions into one attachment, the HDR4248 is designed for jobs where loads need to be repositioned or emptied after pickup. The rotating carriage can reduce the need to switch between a standard pallet fork and a separate dumping attachment during compatible material-handling tasks.

48-Inch Adjustable Fork Tines

This HDR4248 configuration is fitted with 48-inch tines. The pallet-fork tines are adjustable, allowing their position to be changed to suit different loads and handling arrangements. The combination of adjustable tine placement and a 4,200 lb capacity-class carriage provides a versatile platform for demanding loader work.
