Description

HLA Attachments MBHVX96HD 96-Inch Heavy-Duty Extra High Volume Front-End Loader Bucket with BO500 Quick Attach is built for high-capacity material handling with compatible skid-steer-style quick-attach loaders. Offering a 45.2 cu ft struck capacity and 55.3 cu ft SAE heaped capacity, this bucket combines extra-high-volume performance with heavy-duty construction. Its reinforced round back, reinforced end plates and tapered self-cleaning design support efficient filling, cleaner discharge and reduced material buildup, while the flat top provides a convenient visual level indicator during operation.

Heavy-Duty, High-Capacity Design

The MBHVX96HD has a 96-inch inside width and a calculated 98-inch outside width. Its 41-inch depth and 34-inch height create the extra-high-volume profile needed for carrying larger loads. The bucket is manufactured with 1/4-inch bucket material and 1/4-inch end plates, providing a robust structure for demanding loader work.

A reinforced top lip adds strength across the upper edge of the bucket. The round back and reinforced end plates improve structural support while promoting easy filling and cleanout. Tapered, self-cleaning end plates are designed to reduce material buildup, helping the bucket empty more effectively between cycles.

Durable Cutting Edge

The bucket is equipped with a 3/4 x 6-inch bevelled cutting edge. It is also drilled for a standard bolt-on cutting edge, allowing a compatible optional edge to be installed when required. Available optional configurations include double-bevel edges in 3/4 x 6-inch and 3/4 x 8-inch sizes, as well as a 3/4 x 6-inch single-bevel serrated edge. Each listed optional cutting-edge package includes mounting hardware.

BO500 Quick-Attach Compatibility

This configuration combines the HLA Attachments MBHVX96HD bucket with the BO500 skid-steer-style quick-attach mount. The BO500 mounting code is used across numerous compatible loader makes and models; however, fitment must be confirmed against the specific loader model before purchase. Loader lift capacity and operating limits should also be considered in relation to the bucket’s approximate 1,035 lb weight and intended load.
