HLA Attachments MBHVX96BO500 96-Inch Extra High Volume Front-End Loader Bucket combines a high-capacity bucket profile with regular-duty construction and a BO500 quick-attach mounting configuration. With a 96-inch inside width, 45.2-cubic-foot struck capacity and 55.3-cubic-foot SAE heaped capacity, it is designed for loader applications where increased bucket volume is required. Its reinforced round back, reinforced end plates and tapered self-cleaning design promote easy filling, efficient cleanout and reduced material buildup, while the flat top provides a convenient visual level indicator during operation.

Extra-High-Volume Bucket Design

The MBHVX96 is part of HLA Attachments’ regular-duty Extra High Volume Front End Loader Bucket family. It measures 39 inches deep and 34 inches high, providing a large-capacity profile within an approximate outside width of 98 inches. The bucket has an approximate base-bucket weight of 845 pounds; this figure does not include an assembled-weight specification for the BO500 mount.

For strength in regular-duty loader work, the bucket is manufactured with 3/16-inch bucket material and 1/4-inch end plates. A reinforced top lip adds support along the upper edge, while the reinforced round back and end plates are shaped to improve strength, filling and cleanout. Tapered end plates help limit material accumulation inside the bucket.

Cutting Edge and Wear Options

A 3/4-by-4-inch beveled cutting edge is standard. The bucket is also pre-drilled to accept a standard bolt-on cutting edge, allowing the working edge to be configured with one of the available double-bevel or serrated options. Optional edges include 3/4-by-6-inch and 3/4-by-8-inch double-bevel designs, as well as a 3/4-by-6-inch single-bevel serrated edge.
