This model combines a 78-inch inside width with a 24.3 cu ft struck capacity and 30.1 cu ft SAE heaped capacity, making it a practical high-capacity attachment for produce-handling applications. The included BO500 universal skid-steer quick-attach interface allows use with compatible skid steers and other equipped machines.

Purpose-Built for Produce Handling

Unlike a conventional material bucket, the SBP78 is configured specifically for handling produce. The bucket has no sharp edges, reducing potentially damaging contact as produce moves into and out of the bucket. It uses the same material construction as HLA’s standard bucket while incorporating produce-focused design details.

The screened back is especially useful when positioning the bucket, approaching material, or monitoring a load. By improving the operator’s view through the rear of the bucket, this high-visibility design supports more controlled operation in produce-handling environments.

Cutting-Edge Preparation

The bucket is factory-prepared with countersunk drilling for a special produce bolt-on cutting edge. For applications that require an edge, the optional HLA 346CEPB cutting edge is available separately. This optional component is a 3/4 x 6-inch, single-bevel bolt-on edge that is drilled and tapped and supplied with countersunk bolts and nuts.
