Description

HLA Attachments HRBHV78BO500 78-Inch High-Volume High-Dump Bucket is a hydraulic loader bucket designed to combine generous material capacity with increased dump-out height. Its high-volume profile provides a 32.2 cu. ft. struck capacity and 38.9 cu. ft. SAE heaped capacity, making it well suited to loading and material-handling applications where bucket volume and elevated discharge are important. The high-dump mechanism can increase dump-out height by up to 48 inches, while the BO500 universal skid-steer-style quick-attach interface allows installation on compatible loader carriers.

High-Volume Material Handling

The HRBHV78 features a 78-inch outside width with a 39-inch-deep and 33-inch-high bucket profile. This high-volume configuration offers substantial capacity while retaining a practical working width for compatible loaders. It is designed for operations that need to collect, carry and discharge larger volumes of material efficiently.

An exclusive flat-bottom design helps make the bucket easier to clean out without sacrificing capacity. This design is especially useful when complete material discharge and straightforward bucket cleanout are priorities.

Up to 48 Inches of Additional Dump-Out Height

The hydraulic high-dump design increases dump-out height by up to 48 inches. This added reach can help when discharging material into elevated receiving points or when a conventional loader bucket does not provide sufficient dump clearance.

HLA’s Soft Stop Cylinder is incorporated to reduce vibration during operation. The bucket is also drilled for a standard bolt-on cutting edge, allowing an appropriate cutting edge to be fitted when required.
