HLA Attachments MBHV72BO500 72-Inch Regular-Duty High-Volume Front-End Loader Bucket combines generous material capacity with a reinforced, self-cleaning bucket design for efficient loading, carrying and cleanout. Configured with the BO500 quick-attach mount, this high-volume material bucket provides a 72-inch inside width, approximately 74-inch overall width and a 32.9-cubic-foot SAE heaped capacity. Its reinforced round back promotes easy filling, while tapered end plates help reduce material buildup during repeated loading cycles.

High-Volume Material Handling

The MBHV72 is designed for applications that benefit from increased bucket volume. It offers a struck capacity of 27.3 cubic feet and an SAE heaped capacity of 32.9 cubic feet. The 34-inch depth and 30-inch height provide substantial carrying space while retaining the regular-duty construction of HLA’s MBHV bucket range.

A reinforced round back and reinforced end plates improve strength while creating a smooth internal profile for easier filling and cleanout. The tapered, self-cleaning end plates further reduce material buildup, helping the bucket empty more effectively. Its flat top can also be used as a visual level indicator, making it easier for the operator to judge bucket position.

Reinforced Construction

The bucket shell is made from 3/16-inch material and is supported by 1/4-inch end plates. A reinforced top lip adds strength across the bucket opening, while the supplied 3/4 x 4-inch beveled cutting edge provides a durable working edge for regular-duty loading applications.

The bucket is also drilled to accept an optional standard bolt-on cutting edge. Available edge options include double-bevel and serrated configurations, allowing the working edge to be selected for different operating conditions. Optional knock-on ripper teeth are available with weld-on adapters and flex pins.
