Description

HLA Attachments MBFNO66BO500 66-Inch 4-in-1 Front-End Loader Bucket combines a hydraulic 4-in-1 bucket configuration with substantial material capacity and a BO500 quick-attach mounting configuration. Designed for front-end-loader applications, this bucket provides a 66-inch inside width, an approximately 68-inch outside width, and a 20.0-cubic-foot SAE heaped capacity. Its two hydraulic cylinders operate the clam section, while heavy material thicknesses throughout the bucket support demanding material-handling work.

Hydraulic 4-in-1 Bucket Configuration

The MBFNO66BO500 is built around HLA Attachments’ MBFNO66 loader bucket and supplied with the BO500 mount code. The 4-in-1 configuration provides a hydraulically operated clam section powered by two 2-1/2-inch by 8-inch cylinders. This makes it a versatile alternative to a conventional fixed loader bucket where a hydraulically opening bucket is required.

With a struck capacity of 15.7 cubic feet and an SAE heaped capacity of 20.0 cubic feet, the bucket offers useful capacity in a compact 66-inch nominal size. The loader bucket measures 33 inches deep and 26 inches high. HLA specifies the model by its 66-inch inside width; the calculated outside width is approximately 68 inches.

Heavy-Duty Construction

The main bucket is manufactured from 1/4-inch material, while the end plates are 3/8 inch thick. The clam-floor bottom also uses 3/8-inch material, providing additional strength in a key working area of the attachment. The complete bucket weighs approximately 1,030 pounds.

For operators who require a replaceable cutting-edge arrangement, the bucket is drilled for a standard bolt-on cutting edge. This provision allows the bucket to be equipped with an appropriate standard bolt-on edge without requiring the mounting pattern to be added to the bucket.
