Heavy-Duty Bale Handling

The QE57249 combines five main tines with a rigid frame to provide a stable platform for moving and positioning stacked large square bales. The 49-inch tines offer 44 inches of usable working length, allowing them to penetrate deeply into bale material. Their consistent 17-inch spacing distributes contact across the bale stack.

The attachment is rated to carry up to 8,000 lb at a 24-inch load center. Its frame measures 72 inches wide and 74 inches high, providing the size and structure required for large-bale applications. A safety foot helps provide rollover protection while the attachment is stored.

Five Kverneland Tines

Five Kverneland tines form the primary working elements of the bale spear. They are arranged across the frame at 17-inch intervals to support reliable handling of large square bales. The rigid-frame configuration helps maintain tine position during loading, transport, stacking, and unloading.

For applications that require additional bale stabilization, the upper frame includes two bushings that accept optional 14-inch stabilizer tines. The compatible optional stabilizer tine is HLA part SDE14QE, with two required to equip both upper-frame positions.
